Crostini di cavolo nero

Ingredienti

  • Cavolo nero - 1
  • Pane toscano (preferibilmente raffermo) - 8 fette
  • Aglio - 2 spicchi
  • Olio extravergine di oliva - qb
  • Sale - qb
  • Pepe - qb

Preparazione

  1. Lavare, tagliare e lessare il cavolfiore in acqua salata.

  2. Arrostire le fette di pane e strofinarle con l'aglio per poi disporle sul vassoio e bagnarle con l'acqua di cottura del cavolo.

  3. Sminuzzare il cavolo stesso su ogni fetta e condire il tutto con olio, sale e pepe.
