Crostini di bottarga

Ingredienti

  • Bottarga di muggine - 50gr
  • Burro - 80gr
  • Pane - 1/2 baguette
  • Pepe bianco - qb

Preparazione

  1. Spellare e tritare finemente la bottarga.

  2. Ammorbidire il burro e impastarlo insieme alla bottarga in una terrina aggiungendo qualche goccia di limone e una spolverata di pepe.

  3. Spalmare questo burro profumato sui crostini di pane tostato.

  4. alternativamente...

    spalmare sul pane tostato poco burro; tagliare la bottarga a fettine e posizionarla sul pane aggiungendo sul crostino qualche goccia di limone.
